Best Szechuan chicken with rice I have ever had. Worked at various restaurants establishments before, and never had any of them have both amazing underrated food and amazingly priced. The bed of stir fried vegetables are topped with a thick blanket of tender chicken which tastes’ is elevated by a sweet chilli based sauce. The whole dish was devoured in no time! Highly recommend checking it out, especially on week days when the restaurant isn’t busy. Thanks for reading!

When you can smell the fragrance from parking lot, you know it's gonna be a great Chinese restaurant. And Coast Dumplings didn't disappoint. Very generous portion size, fried rice (as a side to the main dish) has so much chicken, ham and prawn, also amazing wok hay! For main dish I had chilli oil fish, it is 100% authentic, tastes just like home. Very friendly service too.

I get takeouts from this place every once in a while. It’s great comfort food with generous portions. I usually get a stir fry veg and one of the honey/lemon battered chicken or sweet n sour pork dishes. Cant go wrong with that! Place is always busy when I visit. I would recommend this joint

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow!! Just wow!! If you haven’t been to Coast Dumplings, you’re seriously missing out. The owner Dave has created something really special here – a place where comfort food and quality meet in every single bite. The dumplings? Absolute perfection. Crispy golden bottoms, juicy fillings, and that dipping sauce you just can’t stop going back to. Easily some of the best pan-fried dumplings I’ve had on the sunny coast!! And then there’s the signature steam pot-style beef dish (pictured) – rich, full of flavour, with tender slices of meat, fresh veggies, and just the right kick of spice. It’s the kind of bowl that warms you up and makes you want to order seconds. On top of the food, you can feel the heart Dave has put into this place. Friendly service, a relaxed vibe, and food that feels both authentic and made with passion. Highly recommend stopping by – whether you’re craving dumplings, something hearty and spicy, or just want a spot that delivers on flavour and atmosphere every time. Coast Dumplings is going straight into my regular rotation!

Coast Dumping is a little treasure in sippy downs the lunch specials are served in restaurants with real plates and cutlery. A reminder of Chinatown small and basic but big on taste and flavour. Reasonable prices.

The BEST wonton soup I’ve ever eaten. I’ve had it before from here and it did not disappoint again. The pork is tender, not like the rubbery pieces you tend to get elsewhere and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The broth is simply amazing. I love it.

Great service! Highly recommend the Wonton BBQ Pork Soup Noodle. So good we went back for more the next day. We look forward to dining here again soon. Yum!
